Do you really work outside of Central Florida?
Yes — roughly half of our recent work ships to clients outside Florida, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, Seattle, Denver, Boston, and Washington DC. Architectural rendering is a digital product; we kick off, review, and deliver remotely.
Will I get the same quality as a local firm in my city?
You'll get better. Most local firms are one or two artists; we run a 40-year-old studio pipeline with specialists for modeling, lighting, animation, and VR. Same craftsmanship, more capacity.
How do reviews and markups work remotely?
We use cloud-shared renderings with pinned comments, Loom walkthroughs, and scheduled live review calls. Most clients prefer it to in-person markups — nothing gets lost.
What files do you need to start a project?
Typically we need architectural drawings (CAD, Revit, PDF plans and elevations), material specifications or finish schedules, and any site photos or reference imagery you have. The more detail you share, the faster we get to a first draft.
What's your typical turnaround time?
Most rendering drafts are delivered within days. Final renders ship in 10–12 business days. Animations typically take 15–20 business days. Rush timelines are available — just let us know during the quote.
Do you work with my architect or design team directly?
Absolutely. We're used to collaborating with architects, engineers, interior designers, and marketing teams simultaneously. We can join your project Slack, Teams, or email chain — whatever works for your team.
Can you handle multiple projects at once?
Yes. Our studio pipeline is built for production volume — we regularly manage 10–20+ active projects simultaneously across different clients, markets, and building types.
